The rooms are clean and well equipped. I am happy with the espresso machine and mineral water.

A good location for exploring all of Taipei, as it is close to the metro and many bus lines. The room was spacious and had a fair amount of storage. The bathroom included many amenities, had a nice shower and tub and a washlet toilet. I especially appreciated the laundry available for guests to use on the 5th floor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located, ~2 km from the Taipei train station, was super clean, beds were comfortable and the room amenities were good including Nespresso coffee. Unfortunately we spent only 3-4 hours in the hotel (as we missed our connecting flight and reached hotel in the morning), but we liked it very much. Staff was very polite and helpful.

The identical items like mugs, towels and slippers have some kind of identifier (like the inner part of the mugs have different color, the label on the slippers also have different color) so you can differentiate them. The slippers also come in 2 sizes.
